Engineering tested against budget,
not just the code.

ECSA-registered structural and civil design, developed alongside cost planning and construction input from day one.

So what gets designed is what can actually be built, on budget. Designs are checked against buildability and cost before they're finalised, not redesigned mid-build.

Led by director Wouter Fourie, ECSA-registered structural and civil engineer (No. 2021301068), with a BTech Structural Engineering and 10 years' experience.

Good engineering respects the budget.
From site investigation to sign-off.

1

Site investigation and the brief

We start with a site investigation and confirm the design brief, so site conditions and infrastructure realities are known up front.

Concept design to cost

The structural and civil concept is developed alongside the cost plan, so any budget conversation happens at concept stage, not after drawings.

Detailed design & sign-off

Drawings and documentation are finalised and checked against buildability and budget, then regulatory approvals are completed, with sign-off by an ECSA-registered engineer.

Construction support

Site inspections and construction-stage engineering support continue through the build, so fewer costly design changes surface once construction has started.
