Cost planning, tendering, valuations and final accounts, from feasibility through to close-out, in one team.

For developers and property owners who need to know what a project will actually cost before they commit, and for project teams who need an accurate cost function.

Led by director Johan Gribb, whose BSc Construction Management (UP) and quantity surveying honours study (UFS) bring a construction view to cost.

An honest number starts early.
From feasibility estimate to final account.

An early feasibility estimate

An early, realistic number you can actually plan a budget around, not a rough figure that moves as soon as design starts.

2

Elemental cost planning

The cost plan is refined as the design develops and checked against structural and civil input, so the budget and the drawings stay aligned.

Tender and adjudication

Bills of quantities and tender documentation get you comparable, defensible bids. We adjudicate the tenders and recommend a contractor, measured against the cost plan.

Valuations to close-out

Monthly or milestone valuations track spend against the cost plan, so overruns show while there's still time to act. The final account closes on what was agreed.
